Speed at Adcock. Tailwind. 4 * flying 10 with 30m acceleration every 2:00; 4 * flying 20 with 30m acceleration every 2:45. Added a few extra metres to each acceleration to reach top speed. 1 * Med ball circuit with push ups (10).

Tempo at Adcock. 10 * 100. Runs untimed but intervals triggered from watch. With a 2 step roll in watch beeps 18 seconds on run and 35 seconds rest. Aiming for 16.5 – 17.5 each run.
