Tempo at Adcock. 2 * 3 * 200m. Head wind on the first half of the bend with tailwind in the straight. 33.6, 33.3, 33.6; 32.4, 31.3, 32.6. Another group doing 300s had me going quicker. On the 5th they ran at same time which pulled me along.

5 minute plank circuit with bicycle crunches.
