Acceleration at Mingara. 6 * block starts (working on getting right positioning); 30m, 2 * 40, 2 * 50 with first build up of about 12m.

Speed at Mingara. 3 * block starts (working on positioning); 4 * 30m acceleration of 2 step roll in (up tall and arms); 2 * 2 * in-out 20-20-20m; 100m rhythm run with 10m roll in.
