Split 400m with 2 min rest at 200m. Done in 400m go out speed and whatever is left. Run with Cooper. Approx 24.4 & 25.2.

Race modelling. Mingara.
250, 200, 150 done with full recovery. Untimed. Again done with Cooper. First rep not quite as smooth as Thursday, otherwise runs good.
April 9
Stiff in the calves this morning.
Tempo. Adcock. Track very soft in places and grass getting long.
6 * 150 at about 70%. Soft track on bend and wind fluctuating between strong tailwind in straight to headwind on bend.
