For a while I have been keen to give TDD (Test Driven Development) a go, but I have been waiting for a smallish project to start from scratch which is not time critical. Before this in my readings I came across a very good article with some good justification for TDD and a deeper getting started example than I had generally seen. It is called ‘Improving Application Quality Using Test-Driven Development (TDD)’ by Craig Murphy. It is in the Spring 2005 edition of Methods & Tools .
If you have been thinking about trying TDD or looking for some extra arguments for a manager who is not sure, give it a read.
