Training Jan 24 – 30, 2022

Week 22 – Summary.

  • Solid week of training. Flat by end of week
  • Shocking week with eating & sleeping. Birthday parties, delayed NYE catch up and long drives.

Resting HR (week avg): 55

Weight: 90.5 kg (+0.5)

Sleep: > 6.5 hours on 2 of 7 nights

Training Jan 17 – 23, 2022

Week 21 – Summary.

  • Achieved 2 of the 3 NSW Country record goals (100 & 200). 6 weeks ago I would have been disappointed with the times but given the interrupted preparation to finish the weekend with no aggravation is very good feeling.
  • Time to kick the training back into gear

Weight: 90.0 kg (+1.0)

Sleep: > 6.5 hours on 3 of 7 nights

Training Dec 13 – 19, 2021

Week 16 – Summary.

  • Recovery progressing ok. Walking fine line of not pushing too hard. Some soreness has ended sessions early.
  • Skipped a couple of workouts as getting plenty of physical work from removing an old deck.
