I received an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Newcastle.

Technical Skills

From my technical background I focus on Object Oriented techniques using Open Source technology where possible:

• XHTML / CSS
• AJAX / Javascript
• MySQL, Sybase ASE, MS SQL Server & Oracle RDBMS
• Linux and Windows
• Java
• SVN, CVS & PVCS for version control

My preferred development environment is a Kubuntu Linux desktop (I also use Windows), and either Netbeans or Kate as a code editor.
